Chris I love what you’re doing here and on News National. I am still a Democrat barely. But I am glad you have prospectives from both sides of the Aisle. I am 46 raised in a union household in Flint MI and I am a Michigan State Employee and UAW member. I listen to you all the time and I am glad your brother is giving it a go for Mayor. My brother is a Libertarian but we both loved watching you and Tucker have an intelligent conversation and agreeing where you could but still being respectful when you did not. Keep it up brother. There is a lot of us that still believe civility can come back.

I truly believe that you are the best in the business! You keep real and you break it down on issues that impact the American people. I loved you when you were on CNN - never missed a show and have watch every show on News Nation … You make my day!!

I loved today’s episode. Your brother was an anchor of sanity for me during COVID even though I didn’t live in NY and his calm and reassurance made a super scary time more bearable. I hope he will win. Your podcast is awesome, thanks for helping me navigate through this political hellscape.

The pursuit of understanding, even in the face of uncertainty, remains one of the most valuable aspects of critical thought.

The recent episode featuring the Lincoln Project podcast’s Rick Wilson is one of the best political podcasts I have heard in a long time, and I listen to 4-5 every week. The dynamic between the two is what movie reviewers call “chemistry”. Both men from partisan backgrounds (Cuomo the journalist son of Democratic NY Gov. Mario Cuomo, Wilson a longtime GOP operative), both now independents trying to find centrist solutions to polarized politics. Mr Cuomo and Mr Wilson should be regular guests on each other’s shows. The discussion could have gone on for another two hours and I’d have listened to every minute.

I LOVE your reporting but the cussing is way too much on this podcast. At least avoid the F word. It makes everything you say less likely to get through because all I hear is F this and F that. I know you can control it because you don’t do it on News Nation. Have more respect for your reporting.

I enjoy watching and listening to you and your guests I think you’re right about them beating a dead horse over and over and not being more strategic with their reporting. I did however think it was sad that the comedian you had on AC actual 1st thought was “poor Mexicans” were dumping the trash and offer some weird beer brand to them, that he implied that people of color were actually interviewed for any parts of Trumps cabinet and that they were picked on their merits and that women and people of color were not actually qualified for their positions were just plugged in to meet a quota. I can guarantee you if the Supreme Court were all women or people of color there’d be an uproar.

I was a fan of Chris for many years and transitioned to watching him on news nation even though his broadcast conflicted with watching Anderson Cooper but I don’t understand his views on Trump at all. He claims to listen to both sides but his guests are Bill O’Reilly and a so called democrat who seems to only criticize Biden and apologize for Trump- not really representing both sides. As far as “hold your fire” , I agree up to a point no reason to waist energy , but pardoning the J6 criminals is worth pointing out repeatedly . To condone murderous mob violence is unacceptable and should be acknowledged. Speak truth to power. You can do better Chris.

I’m so sad. I loved to watch but since we now literally have natzis running the country and you’re interviewing his dad??? And Vance’s first time in the VP office? Maybe the fact that Elon threw up a natzi salute and was higher than a kite may be bigger news?! I can’t stand the refusal to see that both sides are no where near the same.

Chris is disingenuous. He loves to say he is here to teach but yet all he does is lie consistently and complain about absolutely everyone on the right. He’s has no arguments as to why the right is wrong. He simply says the left is right because the media says so. What? That’s the reason we don’t trust the media. He’s not a journalist. He’s just the same as all the other news anchors. Waste of your time listening to this podcast.

I get that you get to say what you want here, but your swearing is out of control and a turn off. Cursing as much as you do is so unnecessary. It’s coarse and gross and your real thoughts on your subjects are easily dismissed as well as your commentary politically if you can’t just trim it a bit and tone it down. The worst part is you are usually yelling when you start swearing and it’s not what I tune in to, or want to listen to when I go to listen to a podcast. Oh, also, we get your heritage. You’re a big shot who has hung with big shots in politics. To go on and on and on about how important you are politically and who you know so repugnant. I mean really. I saw you on Bill Mahar and thought, oh that’s a point of view we aren’t hearing much of, so I thought I’d find your show and see what it’s about. Wow. What a disappointment. Your ego is running riot. And it’s gross. Ugh. Bye Felisha. Not enough good here to stay.

Chris has become my favorite source for deep analysis of news and trends in our society. I never really paid much attention to him at CNN, but once he started this podcast, I decided to give it a shot and soon after became a fan. The guests he talks to represent such a wide array of opinions and experiences in our world that I find to be so enlightening and informative. There are so many personalities and ideas that I was not previously exposed to that I can now thank Chris for bringing into my life. I now also frequently watch his NewsNation show as well. If you are a critical thinker, I highly recommend giving this podcast a try!

I am conservative and had some assumptions about Chris especially during Covid. I first listened to him on Tuckers podcast and thought he was actually a pretty smart/good dude. I then started listening to this podcast and although I am not a democrat , I really enjoy hearing the “other side” from Chris’s perspective. I like him and his journalism and it’s a good source of information for me to listen to for the contrast in political views.

I’m glad I found this podcast I love what you’re doing Cuomo.

I have been a Chris Cuomo fan for years and was highly disappointed when CNN canceled his show and later Don Lemon’s show. They both always spoke truth in a way that was understandable to everyone, and their chemistry was electrifying and raw! I’m loving the fact that he is back with his own podcast, and continues to deliver the facts. What I’m hating about most about his show is the amount of profanity being used. To me anyone needing to use profanity to express his views is VERY LIMITED in vocabulary and not very intelligent. I don’t believe Chris to be unintelligent, nor does he lack in vocabulary. Chris, I understand your passion behind your podcast, but please consider that not everyone enjoys hearing you express yourself so vulgarly. I hope you consider my criticism and tone it down a tad. I hope to continue being a fan and supporter of your show.

Great podcast, I also enjoy the Newsnation show. It appears leaving CNN was the best thing to happen for Chris. He was ok on CNN but leaving has made him a much better personality. The obstacle was the way.

I don’t hear a lot of political podcasts but I found this genuinely interesting. I like how you are a straight shooter and say it how it is. You don’t sugarcoat it. It’s informative to the listener. Awesome podcast keep making great content 👍

Hey Mr Cuomo Love your show. What I’d love to see Is more “everyday Americans” on your show sharing their insight as to what’s going on in the country today. I appreciate your well known speakers. However, they all have their opinions. The reality is, they don’t know anymore than us. It’s still their opinions. It sounds pretty credible when you listen but if you are a scientist/ doctor you know there’s a lot of incorrect information in these episodes about covid. Honestly many statements can be easily fact checked as false…. I’m excited he’s bringing attention to long covid but not at the expense of perpetuating misinformation.

I agree with your stance- we need to talk to people we disagree with. I value what you are doing now. Still, I believe you are doing it because you are desperate. If you didn’t get fired you wouldn’t be talking this way, you wouldn’t be searching for answers…and that makes you a hypocrite. It doesn’t feel honest, it just feels needy…

I was so looking forward to your show but it’s clear you’re just as out of touch as the rest of them.

You emphasize the ridiculousness of the 2 party system, and it being a zero sum game, but Hasan is the epitome of ‘beat the Republicans’. I had never listened to him before. His only interest is cramming his viewpoint down my throat. He’s a great example of making the other party repulsive. This podcast puts me right back where I was before.

I thought you and Tucker would make a good combo to layout the perspectives in any given issue, without attacking one another. Since that episode I have listened to your thinking and love how you have become more independent and say what you see without concern of backlash from echo chambers.

First I want to thank you for bringing me back to the news, the real news. I just watched your News Nation episode with the three gentlemen debating the Israeli war and not in sync. I also saw your introduction prior to the 3 gentlemen’s debate. It is unfortunate that people who have never really seen war do not understand it, or the history of it. There is one saying that I believe covers all wars, “In war, truth is the first casualty” by Aeschylus.

I've been a fan since you were on ABC. Loved the show on CNN and the relationships formed with other anchors especially the Handoff with Don Lemon. I hope you guys are still friends! I think your podcast is great! I'm 65 years old and you have made me think again. I'm excited to learn more about topics you talk about and just learning new things in general. Your most recent episode comparing OJ and Trump was spot on and your delivery, saying what some people are thinking, is also very interesting! I pretty much was thinking exactly the same things as you, but a lot of my friends think the way your delivery of public comments would be! I also want to add your work on NewsNation is very good. I tape it everyday and sometimes rewatch episodes to real think about what was discussed! Keep up the good work!

Old CNN Cuomo reappears in his episode “What if Donald Trump becomes president”. I listened to the episode and it clearly shows his dislike about President Trump. Why….? I don’t know. (Oh your just a Donald Trump supporter)! No, I am not. Chris Cuomo is an intelligent man. (Then why the bad review)? It’s my opinion regarding the episode I mentioned.

Didn’t like Chris on CNN. But I’m starting to come around to his new show. It great to see people from different party’s sit down for a long conversation. Weather or not they agree you get a better feel for the person. Long conversation are the way to go. We as a people have more that we have in common than we don’t. Loving the content on this show so far Changed my mind! After listening to the show Chris is the same CNN guy. He has the right to his opinion… but I disagree and I’ll get my news elsewhere

My husband and I watch News Nation and you are our favorite segment. We appreciate the fact based reporting and dialogue with your guests, especially Bill O’Reilly. I just started listening to your podcast. I am conservative but definitely not a “Trumper”. I was disappointed in your lack of boundaries(in my opinion) with Medhi Hasan. He clearly spoke from deep within his own very liberal point of view. He is very intelligent and articulate but I felt he kind of trampled you. He said he immigrated from the UK in 2017 (when Trump was president) and became a citizen I believe in 2022. Kudos for him to do the process legally. However, if he is so disenchanted with our country based on how he clearly views our government then go home to the UK! We don’t need haters of our country living here and spewing his negativity. It only encourages division, and we don’t need help there! He states that the Republican party is a cult and how can they possibly endorse Trump for president. Can’t the same be said for the Democrats and Biden? He also shouldn’t be running again simply because he is the incumbent or that he can BEAT Trump. What happened to voting for the best candidate to lead our country successfully? Ugh. I know I don’t have to agree but Medhi is quite intellectually full of himself, of course my opinion. Listening to him put me in a very defensive mood.

I’m currently a registered Republican, once Independent, after being a liberal in 80s college. I am grateful to hear intelligent, thoughtful debate over baseless insult slinging and name calling. Love to hear Cuomo and OReilly (akin to the old Hannity and Colmes show) where the listener could contemplate, fairly, all sides of the debate. I’m so grateful to have found your podcast! I have truly missed you since CNN and I don’t have access to your show on NewsNation. Watching you during the pandemic helped me remain calm and your breathing techniques helped me when I was sick with COVID. I was working for Social Security at the time and have since left after 15 years. Now I’m happily self-employed and at 45 on my local volunteer fire department as a PROUD female firefighter and EMR in Enos, OK.
